We are looking for someone to help guide and nurture our AI Natural Language bot, focused on both the quality of the chatbot responses all the while keeping an eye out for other product features that may improve the product in general. The ideal person for this role should be a wordsmith, technically minded, and most important of all, possess empathy for others.
•Craft empathetic responses to inbound customer messages quickly and accurately via our chat tool. This will serve the dual purpose of responding to the customers' needs and training the bot for future occurrences.
•Improve current responses, such as by adding better context or relevancy.
•Escalate conversations to PMs and engineers as needed.
•Suggest relevant stats, UI/UX improvements or new functionality that can improve the product experience for both you and our customers.
•A solid grasp of the English language. You shan’t be required to speak Shakespeare, but good grammatical and spelling skills are required.
•Excellent communication skills. Using the right words are just as important and spelling them correctly.
•Empathy and Professionalism. Teaching the bot to swear is very much frowned upon.
•You need to be able to type quickly. You won't be able to respond quickly enough to customers if you are still employing the Plymouth Rock method (find it and land on it) of typing.
•Ability to think from different perspectives. Putting yourself in the shoes of customers and clients is an important part of improving the product.
