Senior Technical Project Manager - AiChat｜Meet.jobs

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager experience in managing technical, sophisticated Enterprise SaaS product and has a deep understanding of the technology itself. We're looking for someone dynamic - someone that can lead a conversation centered around solutions for business and technical problems. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

· Transform business and technical requirements into implementation plans.

· Develop and track project plans and provide regular status reporting– with regards to time, scope, resources, budget, sprint rate, and issue management.

· Work closely with the Head of Product who drive the product road map, and CTO / Solution Architect who drives technical excellence to ensure timely product release schedule.

· Experience in scrum methodology and able guide the team to be agile.

· Lead day-to-day development, quality assurance, and functional documentation tasks.

· Maintain product documentations and manuals for end-users and operations.

· Help manage product owner relationships and serve as a dedicated contact.

· Support preparation and facilitation of scrum meetings, sprint planning and reviews with product owner.

· Manage and support developers in product release pipeline across all product pillars.

· Resource planning and ensuring product features can be shipped on time and on budget.

· Oversee Continuous Quality Control of product development to ensure that throughout the technical architecture, development and QA process, quality is always kept at optimal levels.

· Ensure that product delivered align with the business and technical requirements set forth.

· Designing risk mitigation plan.  

Requirements

· At least 8-10 years of project management experience. 

· Experience in leading complex technical projects or SaaS product development.

· Proven ability to understand highly technical applications and concepts.

· Proven leadership abilities and experience leading teams of 15+ people

· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

· Excellent technical presentation and communication skills.

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GSuite tools

· Proficient in Project Management and Bug Tracking Tools

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent

· PMP / Scrum/ Agile certification or currently working toward it

· Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Indonesia
