Requirements

1. At least 4 years of digital product management experience in customer-facing application, e-commerce a plus
2. Fluent in Indonesian and English
3. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
4. Analytical and data-driven, love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project

Job Description

1. Leading the strategy, planning, delivery, marketing and in-life optimization of a product
2. Work closely with the cross-functional department (Learning, Growth, and IT) to define the value proposition, product requirement documentation, and go-to-market strategy
3. Ensuring the product development process carried out by the team is in accordance with business needs
4. Maintain product strategy and its roadmap
5. Lead, mentor, and groom the Product Management team to achieve their work aspirations and motivate them in their roles
6. Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case
7. Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
8. Create a high level Product Requirements Documents
