    Job Description:

    1. Providing excellent customer service through assisting with enquiry support via various channels (Phone call, Email, WhatsApp, LiveChat, Social Media)
    2. Escalate complaints and feedback to the correct Channel / Managers.
    3. Ensure key directions from the Management are followed through and accomplished.
    4. Achieve set SLA’s and targets daily.
    5. Manage any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Fluent in written and spoken English and any other languages would be advantageous.
    2. Comfortable with working on weekends, public holidays and shift work (including night shift), when required.
    3. Basic PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and usage of Microsoft Excel
    4. Experience in Omni Channel support experience with basic ticketing systems (SalesForce/Zendesk/Avaya/Facebook Page Manager), would be advantageous.
