    We are looking for world-class talent to join our growing team. We're quickly growing and are finishing up our latest round of funding. We're currently on track to process over $10B in the next 12 months and on track to hit 10% month-over-month growth. We need someone who completely gets our vision and is ready to help us build the next great American tech company. We need a master storyteller who can convey Amalgam's journey and overall mission to the forward-facing end users of our product suite.

     

    What You'll Do

    Lead the development of an effective and efficient marketing strategy to drive user adoption.

    Originate, and deliver outstanding marketing communications across social and digital channels.

    Manage tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables and execute end-to-end campaigns.

    Actively lead the strategic positioning of Amalgam's product suite and offerings.

    Identify opportunities to reach new market segments to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.

    Build a marketing calendar alongside the product and engineering teams for various channels.

    Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.

    Requirements

    5+ years of marketing and/or growth/demand generation experience preferably within a B2B SaaS startup, with 3+ years experience managing a team

    Early-stage, high growth, venture-backed company experience strongly preferred

    Experience carrying out and leading multi-pronged marketing campaigns for online marketing, product marketing, customer retention, brand management, public relations, direct marketing, and business development

    Experience coordinating market research and segmentation, and developing targeted customer acquisition and engagement strategies

    Successful track record leading marketing strategy, demand generation and team for B2B enterprise SaaS companies which led to significant revenue growth.

    Stellar communication skills allowing you to translate the value of data and insights into business outcomes, engaging clients in enterprise sales processes

    Your decisions are driven by data and hitting KPIs and you are highly effective using Google Analytics, Hubspot, and other platforms to continuously find ways to improve and drive an effective demand generation strategy.

    Outstanding analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative

    Desire to take initiative; lean in with your team; thrive with change and ambiguity.
