Position overview

 

Join our mobile-first product team as a Senior iOS Developer! We’re a growing team optimizing for communication and participation as we prioritize and implement features for a financial wellness platform. We are passionate about our users and seeking a new teammate who is willing to take ownership of team success and how mobile development works at Fruitful.

 

Fruitful's Senior iOS Developer will take ownership of areas of our code base in order to implement applications for iOS mobile devices using the Swift programming language.

 

As part of a sprint team, you will:

 

Participate in daily standup meetings, sprint grooming sessions, and take significant product ownership

Collaborate with other iOS Developers within the team to originate and maintain coding standards and best practices for mobile software development at Fruitful

Partner with Product and Design teams to enable value for our members

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

4+ years of experience with Swift development in a development team employing SDLC best practices

Experience integrating with REST / websockets, consuming JSON

Experience with git, including merge request workflows e.g. github or gitlab

Great additions

 

Experience with payment processing and/or consumer banking

Experience with declarative UI development

Experience with Flutter/Dart
