• Responsibilities

1. 協助跨部門溝通協調。
2. 電競耳機產品軟體研發。
3. 專案可行性評估及執行，新平台、新技術的開發。
4. 提供技術支援，協助團隊解決專案問題。
5. 協助管理軟體開發團隊。

• Requirements

1. Candidate should have had experience in microprocessor (MCU) development. He must have at least 70% of his experience in product development.
2. Candidate has to be hands on in software development of products as part of his overall work in his previous job.
3. Candidate has to have been leading engineering teams in managing the software development, software reviews, issue handling and working directly with customers. Minimum size of the engineering team should be 3-4 people.
4. Candidate must have managed and run project teams that are concurrently running multiple projects.
5. Candidate must be aware of and participated in software processes and best practices for software development and management in previous companies.
6. Candidate must have experience in working transferring products from development to factory and support factory for related issues.
