About the jobYOUR ROLE
Our partners are vital to our success, and your key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly with them. You will maintain constant communication and collaboration with our partners, and weave them into our operations. This includes:
building strong daily working relationships with our partners
establishing processes and procedures that ensure effective collaboration with our partners
managing and improving partner integrations (including APIs)
holding our partners accountable (SLAs)
developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols
resolving partner related issues in a collaborative and timely manner
You will be working in our member experience team. Jointly, we are responsible for keeping our members happy, and at best vastly exceeding their expectations.
How you'll have impact
We pride ourselves in being a tech company, and collaboration and communication with our partners is to a large extent based on APIs. Therefore, the role demands profound understanding of APIs and API architecture, and how to continuously improve them jointly with our partners.
The role you will step into is new so you will create partner operations processes and playbooks. In order to continuously improve our partner operations, you will report on bugs, and communicate any fixes back to our partners. You will also be integral to educating our partners with regards to how Elo works.
In addition, you will help define what success looks like in numbers. Together with our data team, you are excited about collecting and synthesizing data for accurate, scalable, and actionable reporting. You produce and present compelling analysis and insights to support smooth operations.
We hope you keep a keen eye on applicable best practices, and help implement them into Elo operations. Together with the Member experience team, you will anticipate member and partner needs and proactively develop innovative approaches and solutions to meet and exceed them.
