    We are seeking a Head of Capital Markets - Crypto, with a startup mindset, who will be part of cross-functional teams and work across all departments within Tribal. This role will partner with senior leadership and focus on high-value strategic crypto projects. This position is 100% remote, and will matrix report to the Chief Crypto Scientist and CFO.

    As the Head of Capital Markets - Crypto you will...

     

    Build Tribal’s crypto-focused capital markets and onboard new institutional lenders and borrowers onto Tribal’s crypto lending platform.

    Develop and maintain a smooth onboarding process to ensure best customer experience, in partnership with the product team.

    Establish Tribal’s crypto lending presence and form strategic partnerships with exchanges, funds, market makers, family offices,...etc.

    Identify growth opportunities and new trends in the lending space to expand Tribal’s crypto lending initiatives. 

    Maintain close relationships with existing and prospective institutional lenders and borrowers, continuously gather feedback, and address needs and concerns.

    Work closely with the Product team to provide insights and recommendations on ways to enhance our lending product.

    Evaluate competitive lending products and implement methods to stay ahead of competition.

    Work with cross-functional department heads and develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction, growth objectives, business priorities.

    Produce reports for leadership and share regular updates on volume targets and key performance metrics.

     

    Who You Are

     

    7+ years of debt and capital markets experience in structured products, either at an investment bank, hedge fund, FinTech lender or startup company

    3+ years of experience in digital assets financing ecosystems 

    In depth knowledge of crypto lending products, debt and equity markets, and trends for financing options for high growth FinTech startups.

    Comprehensive understanding of regulations around crypto lending products in different jurisdictions.

    Positive personal relationships with crypto exchanges, funds, family offices, investment banks, regional banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, pensions, endowments.

    Ability to structure, manage, coordinate and support the productization of debt transactions with multiple internal and external partners

    Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

    Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
