We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our fast paced team as we move into building out a marketplace to better service the creators and brands we work with, helping us to scale Kyra and become the home for creators.

Role Responsibilities:

 

Work closely with founders, product managers and designers to take platform from idea to execution

Create a Node (or similar) backend application

Manage database setup and structure

Work with CTO to set up system architecture

Develop our API structure

Set up system monitoring tools

Set up developer-first principles within the team

Optimise product for performance

 

Role Requirements:

 

2+ years in Node or similar

Experience using Git or similar versioning tools

Experience building APIs

Previous database architecture experience preferred

Can flourish in fast paced startup environment
