Talent Manager - Encode Club｜Meet.jobs

About the jobEncode Club places the talent produced by its educational programmes into leading protocols. We are looking to recruit a Talent acquisition manager to work with the Head of Talent to help manage candidates and help them get jobs.

This person will be:

 

working directly with the Head of Talent;

maintaining and updating our internal database;

producing lists of potential candidates for jobs as they arise;

managing prospective talent to be placed;

assisting companies with talent placement;

assisting with marketing for recruitment purposes

 

Ideal candidates will be/have:

 

Self-motivated and very efficient at getting tasks done;

showing a strong desire and determination to grow and succeed;

demonstrably hard working and able to work independently;

a recent graduate or early in your career (we actively don’t ask for work experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know);

experience of having participated in a hackathon, accelerator, bootcamp (preferably an Encode programme);

knowledgeable about blockchain technology, either through working for a blockchain company, being part of a blockchain student club/society, being part of Encode’s community or demonstrable personal investigation;

adaptable and able to move fast;

confident, out-going and have strong presentational skills;

have a demonstrable interest in education.
