About the job. 

Digital Matter is a new breed of consultancy that empowers brands to take control of their digital marketing. We provide consulting and services in the areas of performance marketing, optimization, training, data strategy, and analytics. We are looking for a Paid Social Associate to support a growing portfolio of Retail, CPG and Design clients. 

The Role 

As a Paid Social Associate, you will assist in the day-to-day management, optimization, and execution of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter. 

Core Responsibilities 

Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, inclusive of trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting 

Assist with campaign architecture & execution 

Analyze large quantities of data and proactively identify optimization opportunities to communicate to internal and external stakeholders 

Provide insightful recommendations based off social media best practices as they align to the client’s overarching goals inclusive of creative, copy, and placements 

Research target audiences within social platform tools 

Consistently keep team informed on status of projects verbally and/or in writing 

Remain current with industry trends, continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns 

Experience 

2+ years of hands-on paid social campaign management experience is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Excel 

Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, drive rationale, discover root causes and identify opportunities 

Active interest in Social Media, the Paid Media industry, marketing trends, competitive landscape

Excellent verbal and written skills; exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail 

BA/BS or equivalent with an emphasis on marketing, business or coursework of a quantitative nature
