ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Head of Total Rewards, you will lead the design and implementation of equitable, innovative, values-aligned, and scalable global compensation and benefits programs that help Babylon attract and retain top talent. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will drive outcomes that will impact our entire company and connect each employee around the world to our purpose and mission. You will be a strategic partner to our executive team to create and enhance progressive and competitive global rewards, equity, & sales incentive programs.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Drive the strategic design and execution of Babylon’s global compensation, equity, and benefits programs in line with business needs
Continue to partner with the executive team to evolve our total rewards strategy that supports all employees.
Partner with the executive team to define a compelling our annual sales compensation strategy to attract exceptional talent to help achieve Babylon’s aggressive revenue goals
Lead and partner with the CPO on all executive compensation and support the Board of Directors in developing innovative, values-driven executive compensation programs.
Oversee Babylon’s benefits programs globally.
Drive analytical rigor and analysis on effectiveness, fairness and competitiveness of existing programs to verify they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes, as appropriate.
Ensure effective communication of Babylon’s total rewards programs and practices to management, employees, and candidates.
Oversee pay equity analyses and ensure our pay guidelines are adhered to fairly across the board.
Ensure compliance with local/federal compensation requirements and statutes.
ABOUT YOU
10+ years experience in Compensation and Benefits, including equity design, sales incentive plans, and Executive Compensation in a global, matrixed environment
Commercial mindset regarding solving compensation concerns
Working with different systems/partners to connect data and create insights
Partner with legal and finance on reporting requirements
Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail, Excel/Google Sheets and modeling skills a strong plus
Proven ability to direct and track efforts of multiple, large-scale, global projects and processes simultaneously
Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
Know how to manage complex cross-functional projects. You strive to meet aggressive goals, and know when to reset expectations
A system to manage change, can influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach
Ability to push back with stakeholders when needed and can approach work rationally
Possess a bias for action and work comfortably with ambiguity
You have demonstrated experience leading large scale, globally dispersed teams
You have relevant global business compensation, and benefits experience.
You have a history of proven delivery of results.
