Better Health is creating a new medical provider type, disrupting the $60B home medical supply industry. How? By bundling peer support, coaching, education, and home delivery of medical supplies in an end-to-end care solution. We turn the focus to our members and help them choose the best medical supplies to address their underlying chronic conditions.
Since its inception in November 2019, Better Health has gained Medicare licenses in 46 states, 11 Medicaid licenses, and preferred national provider contracts with Oscar Health, UHealth, Humana. As a result, our member base has rapidly grown month over month with virtually no churn. We are backed by Caffeinated Capital, General Catalyst, 8VC, and Bill Ackman, as well as several prominent healthcare leaders including the CEO and President of eHealth.
What is the role?
As a Provider Partnership Manager, you will share the value and impact of Better Health by being a leader in the provider growth team. You will carry the responsibility of helping to grow Better Health through creativity and building direct relationships with healthcare practices, connecting with them in-person and remotely.
You’re an exceptional candidate, if you have a track record of helping grow businesses and have experience selling to healthcare professionals. You are comfortable not just selling to healthcare providers, but you are skilled in coming up with innovative ideas to build structure and drive results.
What will you do?
Be the champion of Better Health in Florida
Manage the sales cycle of your pipeline from lead generation through recurring referral
Develop a strategy and execution plan for expansion and sales to healthcare professionals
Help build our provider growth organization from the ground up
Identify, target, and develop relationships with providers and staff to increase market share
Partner cross-functionally with Expansion, Operations, Marketing, and Product to support our members and providers
Achieve high sales growth through new provider relationships
Grow with Better Health, as we rapidly expand into new categories
Drive expansion into new categories and business verticals
What do you bring to the table?
You are a builder with 3+ years of business development experience
You have a have a history of selling to healthcare providers and/or systems
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and creative style
You have a history of successful development of partnership strategy and execution
You are organized, dependable, and self-motivated
You have deep knowledge and familiarity of the healthcare industry
Required: You are based in South Florida and ready to be in the field daily
Bonus: You have experience working with endocrinologists and urologists in the Miami area
