Your typical day may include:
Create & execute Reebelo’s retention marketing strategy across email/CRM, social media & influencer partnerships.
Build loyalty, family purchase & referral programs together with our BD & marketing team.
Write engaging content across channels to build a strong community and connect with our customers.
Identify repurchase patterns and analyze which products customers are likely to buy next, in close collaboration with our product team.
Coordinate content production across platforms.
Make Reebelo the US’ #1 go-to brand for sustainable consumption.
We’d love to have a chat with you if you have:
Proven work experience as a retention marketing or CRM executive in the ecommerce space
Excellent verbal and writing communication.
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Ability to interpret website traffic, knowledge of Google Analytics and online marketing
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate
