    What you will be doing:

    We’re looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and oversee our B2B marketing efforts here at ModernLoop. As a Growth Marketing Manager on our team, you will own the B2B marketing communication to drive brand awareness across our industry and generate strong MQLs. By working closely with our executive, product, and sales teams, you’ll identify marketing opportunities for ModernLoop and create campaigns to drive top-of-funnel solid activity. You’ll also be helping to design/create content and work with external partners to build ModernLoop’s overall brand. Sympathizing and becoming an expert on our customer base will only help us continue to grow together with them!  

    You will be our marketing expert on the team by owning growth marketing! We’ll encourage you to think innovatively and strategically to drive conversions while ensuring a good return on investment for things like events, round tables, conferences, etc. By owning this area, you’ll inform our leadership team on lead generation activities using data and will be a thought partner to the entire team as we scale our marketing efforts.

    What you bring:

     

    4+ years of marketing experience within a digitally centric environment, a

    Feels excited by planning and executing B2B marketing strategies with a high sense of accountability on ROI

    Brings knowledge of how to work across digital and organic marketing channels and how to create/use content to drive revenue generation.

    Has experience working with external partners to help with content creation and branding efforts

    Exceptional in using your analytical insight to tell stories using data to inform leadership on company strategies and priorities. 

    You will be helping to build out how we track success across our marketing function, so you’ll come with experience using analytics tools to report on critical metrics!

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a bias for action

    Self-­awareness, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and empathy

    Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study

     

    Bonus points:

     

    You’ve worked in the HR technology or services industry

    You have experience working with Talent Acquisition/Talent Operations.

    Experience marketing to Talent Acquisition or HR professionals

    Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or SQL
