We are looking for a Business Development Representative to be a key player in driving agent engagement with Divvy Homes. You will be a core member of the Agent Growth team. You will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills.
We will rely on you to drive engagement with key players within real estate brokerages of 100+ agents. You will be responsible for all outreach activities to schedule agent trainings both virtual and in person. You will need to have strong organizational skills.
This job is ideal for a person with 2+ years of experience in cold calling outreach and can work in a fast paced environment, leaning into challenges.
Responsibilities:
Be a key player in leading the growth strategy of our real estate agent channel.
Use your skills to build relationships with key real estate brands and brokerages as a core member of the growing Partnerships Team within the Marketing & Sales team.
Call Real Estate agencies to schedule presentations
Build relationships with Managing Brokers, Office Managers and Realtors
Develop and implement strategies to grow the agent channel
Skills & Experience:
1+ years of relevant work experience within sales development
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to think outside the box to drive productivity
Desire to make cold calls to drive acquiring new real estate agents
Real estate experience is a plus!
