AUDICUS - GROWTH MARKETING ANALYST
THE ROLE
We are looking for an entry level Growth Marketing Analyst to join our vibrant team and drive user growth. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company that is disrupting an industry and is making a lasting positive social impact in people’s lives. The candidate will report directly to our Growth & Strategy Director, and will work closely with the VP of Marketing and broader team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on team builder with a strong digital marketing or analytical background and interest in performance and lifecycle marketing. Creative problem-solvers that can think strategically and analytically about sustainable growth - yet want to get tactical and “build” - will particularly enjoy this role. Obsessing about user psychology and experience with a data-first mindset is a must. Experience in earlier-stage consumer or healthcare technology companies and/or agencies is a huge plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimization of national and local paid marketing campaigns
Optimization of lead generation
Marketing analytics projects
Managing affiliate marketing relationships
Launching paid advertisements during promotional periods
Performance marketing tracking
Email marketing analysis
Direct collaboration with our Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Experience teams
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (experience, qualities and requirements)
1-3 years of experience, ideally in marketing, analytics or product roles
Highly metrics-driven, having analyzed and ideally optimized funnels and synthesized analytics
Startup or agency experience, preferably within the health/consumer technology space
Equal interest in both the “numbers” and “creative” sides of marketing, with an overarching passion for the consumer
Needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where resources are constrained and therefore creativity, tenacity and methodical, hands-on problem solving are a must
Bachelor's degree in STEM field, Health, Market Research, Marketing, or related field preferred
