As a member of a Product team, this person will contribute to the overall strategy and delivery of our best-in-class healthcare data platform. One key area of focus will be on integrating new data sources to augment and expand our unified patient records. You will help steer the direction of Particle’s role in the health data ecosystem by expanding existing integrations, partnering with new data sources to augment our patient data sphere, and prioritize classes of data sources to target next.
A “day in the life” of the product manager may include market analysis of healthcare data vendors and offerings, strategy around a pipeline of target partnerships, talking to customers to understand what additional types of data will improve the outcomes for their patients, or working with the Particle engineering team during an active integration project.
Areas of Responsibility
Lead for implementation strategy and execution with new data source partners. This includes things like integrations with other healthcare data providers (e.g. SDOH, Pharmacy) and merging them into the unified patient records
Work with product management, sales, and marketing to properly articulate the product value proposition, including GTM roll-out for new data sources and offerings
Work with customers and perform market research to understand different data source value props and use case impact
Partner with Director of Clinical Strategy to understand value proposition of a suite of new insights to inform additional data source categories to research and target
Driving new data source partnerships (relationship building, management, contracting) to create an implementation plan, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Creation of a platform-based approach to facilitate analytics and insights product offerings
QualificationsRequired
5 years of experience in product management, at least 2 years focused on vendor selection, management, and implementation of third party healthcare data sources
Performed market research and analysis to create a prioritized product roadmap
Has lead GTM delivery of new product capabilities and can speak to the value prop and impact for customers
Experience prioritizing work for a technical team
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with health data formats such as HL7, FHIR, or CCDA
Lead the design and implementation of platform-based products (more than just one-off builds)
Merging disparate data sources into a shared patient profile
Strategy or consultative experience
The salary for this position will be between $160,000 and $175,000 annually plus equity.
