Current insurance-driven administrative hassles result in over $100B of administrative waste for the US healthcare system. Medical providers are forced to manage these workflows on stone-age technology (fax, calls, and snail-mail).

SamaCare has built a software platform that helps practices save 50% of their time on these administrative workflows and impacts the lives of nearly 4 million patients.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager on our team, you will determine and define the product market fit for our pharma-facing product and owning the end-to-end product process - discovery, prioritization, and go-to-market. Your work will ensure the delivery of features for Pharma companies that will result in improved product value for Samacare providers and faster care for patients.

Your day-to-day will include:

 

Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop the product strategy for our pharma customers.

Talking to customers and understanding their needs and how those fit into Samacare's roadmap and business strategy.

Working with design and engineering counterparts to execute on the roadmap.

Identify operational and support challenges for new feature launches.

 

Qualifications

-- Only looking for direct product management work experience. 

 

You have 3+ years of demonstrable full-stack product management experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS product

Scrappy and curious: You know how to navigate in a fast-paced environment and get the “job done”.

Clear understanding of the business and the customer needs: You deliver on the core needs and pain points of the customers, but also understand the business priorities and expectations.

Design and technical skills: You can draft initial low-fi wireframes and collaborate with design and engineering teams to execute the roadmap.

Data-driven: You prioritize roadmap execution through qualitative and quantitative metrics. You should be comfortable extracting and analyzing data from various sources including writing SQL queries.

Communication and Collaboration: You are empathetic and compassionate towards your colleagues and are an excellent communicator.
