Responsibilities:
Build and grow the sales organization
Build and own the deal cycle from start to finish, then scale the process to a growing sales team.
Build out education and training programs to ensure sales team members are equipped with the right material on how to use all tools and systems as well as that they know the products or services they are selling inside out.
Improve sales efficiency and processes to close more deals including implementing new technology when applicable
You Should have:
Experience selling to large enterprises. An understanding or experience with corporate R&D and L&D teams
You would be our dream candidate if...
You have at least 5-8 years of experience building and scaling B2B Midmarket and/or Enterprise Sales organizations in tech
You’ve built a revenue organization from scratch (under $1M in revenue) and grown that organization at least 20X ($20+M in revenue)
You’re familiar with healthy unit economics of a usage-based business model
You're competitive and know how to motivate the team around shared goals
You're great at building relationships with new customers and already have a rolodex of enterprises in your network
You have deep operational chops and are amazing at building and optimizing scalable processes
