Position Overview
Daily Harvest is looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing Automation to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. The Performance Marketing team is divided into two functions: Growth (focusing on driving new customer acquisition through a variety of marketing channels) and Lifecycle Marketing (focusing on the new customer on-boarding journey that leads to longterm relationships). Together, these functions drive the company’s revenue forward.
The Senior Associate, Marketing Automation will own all campaign set-up in Braze and work to develop, test and implement new process improvements to drive operational efficiencies across the Lifecycle Marketing team. The ideal candidate is well-versed in email operations, HTML coding, and dynamic personalization. This individual will also be skilled at building, scheduling, and sending email, push and SMS campaigns and automated flows. This is a highly collaborative role and requires strong communication skills, particularly on project progress, roadblocks and solutions.
What you’ll do:
Ownership of the day-to-day, hands-on execution of all things email, push & SMS lifecycle marketing (pulling audiences, segmenting, inputting copy, and updating code)
Ensure high quality and error free implementation, testing and QA of marketing campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Operations, Digital Product and Engineering to execute on campaigns and automations
Project manage the lifecycle marketing calendar and creative deliverables
Optimize and build new operational processes across stakeholders
Who you are:
2+ years of experience developing lifecycle programs; comfortable with segmentation, automation strategy, and marketing using digital channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, etc.)
1-2 years of working directly in an enterprise-level ESP (Braze preferred)
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing
Strong technical aptitude
Strong project management skills
