We are looking for a Lead Developer to head our development team as we scale relationships with our enterprise customers. As a senior member of our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the people, processes, and technology during our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
Empower your teammates. Help them grow both personally and professionally.
Communicate, communicate, communicate. You can never do it enough.
Help lead our product development and data strategy.
Ensure that our back end security posture follows the NIST RMF security framework and our security remains consistent with our SOC 2 audit processes.
Know your own limitations. None of us are experts at everything. Know when to ask for help.
Empathy. Empathy with our customers. Value the user experience.
Ability to get your hands dirty in technical development. In addition to strategy, this role also entails hands-on tactical and technical delivery.
Lead performance management for the development team members. Help us build a culture that brings out our best selves.
Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading development teams with SOC or alternative security standards.
Minimum 8+ years of related full-time experience developing with and leading software teams.
Experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Heroku, and AWS is required.
Experience with React.JS and GraphQL is a plus, not required.
Demonstrated experience with data analysis frameworks is a plus, not required.
Familiarity with test-driven development processes is a plus.
Experience in early-stage startup environments is a plus.
