About this role:
We’re looking for a technical person to join our customer support and success team in a well-funded category-defining technology startup
Candidate must be based in the US, but can work remotely
Full-time commitment is required
Responsibilities:
As a customer support rep, you will be responsible for executing a data-driven approach to customer success. This will involve:
Analyzing performance metrics to gather insights
Identifying recommendations for improving customer experience
Implementing and keeping track of data-driven recommendations
Working with domain experts to motivate the next set of product features
Working with the leadership to deliver insighhts and report progress
Requirements:
Hands-on knowledge of SQL
Fluent in writing Python code
Comfortable with Unix and Bash
Excellent communication skills

Experience woking on PostgreSQL
Familiarity with GCP and BigQuery
