Job Duties:

 

Write automated tests and perform manual release testing. Ensure that every feature has a test plan that includes key user flows. 

Provide guidance to the engineering team to ensure they are equipped to write integration or end-to-end automation tests for the betterment of products.

Ensure the quality of sprint deliverables working alongside cross functional teams. 

Perform test automation, performance, and load testing. 

Create resourceful solutions to optimize quality and reduce hands-on time by the team within business constraints. 

Clear springboard of quality assurance tickets. Telecommuting permitted.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and four years of experience as QA Engineer, QA Manager, Test Engineer, Software Engineer, or a related occupation, including:

Four years of experience working cross-functionally to ensure the quality of the sprint

deliverables.

Four years of experience with test automation, performance and load testing, manual testing, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs.

Four years of experience developing solutions to optimize quality and reduce hands-on time required by team members.

Four years of experience writing detailed and clear Jira tickets.

Four years of experience owning product quality aspects and using dashboards and data to identify quality gaps.

Two years of experience utilizing automated testing tools including frspec, jest, mockserver, and/or cypress.

 

Experience may be gained concurrently. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.
