    About the jobSales

    Responsibilities

    Knowledgeable of the product and answering customer questions in an informative, friendly and professional manner

    Identifying prospective customers, generating leads and conversions

    Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their business needs

    Negotiating terms and preparing sales agreements including providing quotes, sales orders 

    Meet personal and team sales quotas

    Making connections with referrals from warm leads you are given

    Creating and maintaining contact lists and following up with customers to foster business relationships

    Following up with existing customers and securing recurring sales

    Handling critical issues and taking care of customer needs

    Ability to establish relationships multi-functional with both internal and external teams

    Meeting the customers and providing information related to the company’s products

    Gathering all of the information about what the customers needs

    Providing the products requested by the customers

    Building a strong relationship with the customers such as site visits and also courtesy calls

    Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge

    A positive attitude, competitive spirit and superb customer service skills

    Strong issue tracking/management abilities

    Professional and charismatic personality that is highly coachable

    Selling B2B in any of the following verticals; manufacturing industries (bonus: car manufacturers), aeronautics or aerospace, and military industries 

    Selling B2B in verticals; Industrial markets: manufacturing, car manufacturing, building & construction, OEM or specialized manufacturing requested, with contacts across multiple large end-users a bonus

    Selling either industrial adhesives, industrial tapes, and/or end effectors bonus

    Experience in working in partnership with Industrial distributors is highly preferred

    Specification selling would be a strong asset

    Ability to stay focused and prioritize a heavy workload while achieving outstanding quality

    Excellent judgment and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

    Minimum 2 years in a professional Sales role

    Self-starter and self-sufficient

    Excellent writing and interpersonal skills

    Use of CRM applications expected e.g. Salesforce or equivalent

    Strong negotiation skills with a closers mindset

    Team-oriented mindset

    Valid driver's license

    Reliable transportation

    *Typical Education and Experience *

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2 years of related experience or Master's Degree with 1 years of related experience.
