About the jobEveryrealm is looking for a Portfolio Operations Manager to act as a liaison to our partners and portfolio companies. The Portfolio Operations Manager will facilitate administrative work including human resources, legal, accounting, marketing and engineering needs for our portfolio companies. This candidate will need to have a depth of operational experience overseeing corporate operations.
The Portfolio Operations Manager will assist portfolio companies on product/growth strategies, optimization of operational processes and support on critical business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in either private equity or at a holding company, with an appetite for operating within a startup ecosystem.

What You'll do:
Draw on the Everyrealm team network to support portfolio companies and build working relationships with the founding teams.
Identify and execute strategic partnerships for portfolio companies.
Establish relationships across finance, asset management, and marketing to expand Everyrealm’s organizational capacity and accelerate the success of the portfolio companies.
Provide general strategic consulting for all things related to the foundation of the business.

You understand the big picture, but still sweat the details: you can manage complex projects that spam multiple teams and relationships (and catch the spelling mistake in this bullet point on the first read).
Comfortable collaborating and communicating with teams at various levels of seniority.
Requirements
5+ years in private equity, with an appetite for operating within a startup ecosystem.
Strong analytical skills, an inquisitive mindset with the appetite to challenge the status quo, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the startup world, accelerators or incubators.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management, internally and externally.
Understanding growth-focused portfolio needs, experience managing a portfolio, and leading startups to achieve marketing/sales related needs.
