We've doubled in each of the past two years and are now the largest ACA enrollment platform after Healthcare.gov, having helped over 10 million people enroll in health coverage. About the Role

HealthSherpa is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. You will collaborate across the organization establishing relationships and leveraging them to obtain feedback and information that you can then synthesize into solutions. You will contribute to HealthSherpa's growth trajectory by facilitating the coordination and leading progress toward goals of special projects that are open avenues for revenue and growth which could turn into new product lines or opportunities for the company. You will report to the VP, Product.

You Will:

 

Partner with the product members to mobilize the team to satisfy clear milestones and goals

Establish and uphold service level agreements within your team and across departments

Share your product requirements and features internally and externally at all levels of the organization (Product Team, Executive Team, and beyond)

Work with cross-functional team members to help design and implement a roadmap

Define and communicate business requirements

Contribute to our knowledge base including product documentation

Guide technical product demos and presentations

Bring expertise and insights about users by a variety of user research methods

Participate in competitive analysis and heuristic studies

 

You Have: 

 

2+ years prior experience

Experience with project management including establishing good collaboration mechanisms and cadences

Experience with product management and breaking down complex problems into small, consumable parts that inspire your teams to succeed

An eye for good user experience and a voice to advocate for best practices

Experience supporting product success, ideas, and progress through data

Experience building software/technology products

Experience with iterative product development

Experience working with software engineers

Desired: Experience with health insurance or health policy; integration experience
