About the Role

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of QA Engineering, Agero is looking for a Sr. QA Engineer who will help us develop and maintain automation framework(s) across multiple projects and enterprise wide initiatives. 

Key Outcomes

 

Develop and maintain automation framework(s) across multiple projects

Automate & Execute Test Cases and Test Suites

Ensuring that the team is using QA best practices

Collaborate with QA leadership to architect, establish and evolve QA processes

Ensure all projects meet functional requirements and map to QA test cases

Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues

Develops testing requirements, test cases, and test plans.

Creates clearly documented plans, designs and results

Provides work estimates

 

Qualifications

 

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related software engineering experience

5-7+ years of experience with software testing, QA principles, methods, and processes

Expert/SME level experience with Selenium 

Working Knowledge of RestAPI, GraphQL, Databases, GitHub

Knowledge of test tools such as JIRA, Zephyr Enterprise

Knowledge of Node.js and javascript 

Knowledge of Load testing and Performance testing is a plus

Experience in Mobile and/or IVR automation is a plus

Ability to read code and identify issues

Familiarity with Scrum Agile project management
