About the jobWe’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team! You’ll work to architect and develop our infrastructure as we scale to serve hundreds of APIs and integrations. You’ll be responsible for auditing and improving our CI/CD pipeline, maintaining our sandbox and production infrastructure, and improving system reliability.

You'll work with us in our beautiful, dog-friendly office in West LA. If you're currently based somewhere else in the US, we can sponsor your relocation to Los Angeles or work together remotely.

What you'll do

 

Manage our CI/CD pipeline

Build our sandbox and production infrastructure

Maintain system monitoring and alerts

Improve internal development workflows

Provide ad-hoc DevOps support and maintenance

 

What you'll use

 

Languages & Libraries: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, React (Next.js)

Data: Postgres, Redis, Kafka

Infrastructure: Docker, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS

Monitoring & Alerts: Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry

 

You should have

 

3+ years working with Node.js (building servers, scripting) and deploying to AWS cloud

2+ years experience at a Seed to Series B startup

1+ years working with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker in a DevOps role

Experience managing and working with CI/CD pipelines

Confidence working in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment where you’ll be responsible for decisions that influence the direction of the company

A passion for learning, winning and building amazing products that people love using

 

Bonus points if you have

 

1+ years of TypeScript experience

Experience with React, Grafana, Prometheus, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, and Github Actions
