The Opportunity
CariClub is looking for a highly-motivated and seasoned Head of Sales who’s passionate about enterprise sales and securing top-tier corporate partners as CariClub clients. As our head of sales, you will lead our new client outreach effort, overall sales operation, and ensure CariClub is growing revenue to meet its growth goals. Though you’ll be on a small team, you’ll be in a high impact role, collaborating with the CEO and our sales team to bring the CariClub vision to life.
An ideal candidate would have a strong background in all aspects of enterprise sales including selling into HR, sales operations, process improvement, and building/scaling effective teams. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is process-oriented, closes deals, can persuade key stakeholders with ease, and is always looking to improve.
What you'll be doing
Exceed quarterly sales team quotas and all activities of revenue generation to ensure continual aggressive growth nationally
Implement strategic planning, forecasting and ongoing development of sales team
Attract, hire and develop a sales team to consistently execute and exceed business goals, while holding them accountable
Coach your team in effective sales strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning
Identify improvement in all areas of productivity, process and efficiency throughout the sales cycle
Develop and maintain executive level relationships to help drive sales activities
Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management
Actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities
Leading initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
Engage at C-level in enterprise customer organizations
Serve as the communication lead between all facets of our sales and marketing, ensuring efficiency, collaboration, transparency, and continual improvement
Effectively serve in the capacity of any and all managers reporting to you (marketing, enterprise sales, business development)
What's required
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, sharp focus, and the ability to flourish in both independent and collaborative settings
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales and selling into HR; prior marketing and business development experience preferred
A great deal of initiative, resourcefulness, and sense of ownership
Advanced working knowledge of G Suite, especially google sheets and slides
Adaptable learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic role
Effective at leading and facilitating meetings with C-Suite and senior leadership at F500 firms
Proficient at being prescriptive and driving action-oriented meetings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
Self-starter who takes initiative and is always looking to improve on processes/results
What you're like

You’re persistent, a deal is never dead and you build relationships for the long-term
Comfortable speaking to executives at finance, law, consulting, and technology firms
Highly proficient with technology, including CRMs, platforms, google sheets

Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization

Desire to manage, grow, and work with lean teams

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with the position’s requirements and the applicant's experience (full-time roles only). In a performance-based environment, this will include a base salary and a possible stakeholder position in the Company.
