The ideal applicant for the position is expected to head the member relationship management aspect of the business whereby he/she/they will need to carry out tasks relating to CRM project planning and management and optimize as well as analyze relevant data relating to the service’s membership and subscribers. Furthermore, the applicant should also be able to come up with and execute personalized digital marketing campaigns and assist with relevant brand marketing and PR initiatives of the business that will require developing, overseeing and maintaining any overseas KOL related collaborations.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Member relationship management, CRM project planning, continuous analysis and optimization of member conversion data.
• Personalized digital marketing material ideas and execution, Chinese and English copywriting and basic PS/AI tasks.
• Maintain and develop overseas KOL cooperation opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation of brand marketing and PR activities.

 

Qualifications

 

• 3 to 4 years or more experience in membership relationship management or digital marketing.
• Familiar with GA and basic website structures.
• Familiar with automated digital marketing tools, preferably Insider.
• Excellent English copywriting and speaking skills.
• Possesses basic PS/AI skills.
