Sendle is a B Corporation and the first 100% carbon neutral delivery service in Australia, the United States and Canada. We build shipping that is good for the world and help small businesses thrive by making parcel delivery simple, reliable and affordable and doing that by harnessing major courier networks to create a delivery service that levels the playing field for small businesses.
We have made huge strides towards our goal of becoming the largest SMB eCommerce courier in the World, moving from a single country operation in Australia to a successful launch and operation in the US. We have big plans to bring our shipping solutions to more small businesses in the US. Our aim is to help the SMB give their customers a best in class shipping and delivery experience while containing cost and preserving margin.
About the team
Our product management team is grounded in collaboration and driven to develop products that customers can’t live without. We are part of the technology organization and we work closely with our technology partners in engineering and design. Your business stakeholders will be based in the US, while your product engineering and design partners are primarily based in Australia and New Zealand. The job is 100% remote and we want you to prove yourself through results, not time spent at the keyboard.
A bit about the role
You will be focused on developing the product for the US small business market. And will include the following responsibilities :
Analyze product opportunities using customer insight, internal and external feedback and data analytics to determine the right place to invest product engineering resources
Develop product offerings by defining feature sets, developing user experience and determining release plans for product launches. This is in close collaboration with product design and user research.
Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a well supported product launch.
Analyze the impact of a product launch and determine if it was successful or needs further refinement.
You will work closely with product engineering, product design and various business leads to successfully execute the development of your product.
You will work closely with Product Management leadership to contribute to roadmap prioritization for the US market.
Manage updates to internal stakeholders of progress, blockers and planning of key milestones.
