    Job description

About the jobLinkby is a global VC-funded adtech business that connects both established and emerging D2C ecommerce brands with the world’s largest publishers, including The Daily Mail, Vice Media Group, News Corp, Dotdash Meredith, G/O Media, Buzzfeed Inc, and Penske Media Co. – helping them to work together more profitably, and effectively, than ever before through its suite of products and services.

As we continue to build out our global publishing team to support Linkby’s rapid growth in the UK, US and APAC markets, we’re looking for an all-guns-blazing Publisher Partnerships and Growth Manager to join our US team (based in New York, where most of our major publishing partners are based) in a senior capacity.

Reporting to the Chief Content Officer, and working closely with the global leadership team, this role will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships with key publishers in the local market and executing crucial business development work - that is, identifying opportunities to onboard new publishers to the Linkby platform so they can more effectively monetise their hard-earned audiences.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team intent on disrupting the way the world’s most exciting digital media brands monetise their audiences, with a focus on high-quality ecommerce content that sits perfectly alongside their organic content.

    Responsibilities:

Take ownership of Linkby’s portfolio of new and existing publishing partners in the US market as their trusted point-person, establishing seamless communication and support workflows from sign on to scale up

Track, analyse and report on key growth metrics to publishing partners on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring high engagement and retention with the Linkby platform

Work closely with publishing partners to understand the e-commerce content that does and doesn’t perform, feeding that knowledge back to our Director of North America to translate into commercial opportunities

Effectively traffic high quality e-commerce content from publisher-approved freelancers and Linkby’s internal content team

Work collaboratively with Linkby’s Head of Performance Marketing to drive effective arbitrage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter as needed

Work collaboratively with Linkby’s dev/product team to translate feedback from our publishing partners into exciting new products and features

Identify cross-market opportunities, collaborating with global colleagues to drive incremental revenue

Represent Linkby on panels, and at conferences, as required

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

6+ years’ experience working in digital publishing (either in content or marketing)

A deep understanding of, and passion for, publisher business models and their unique challenges to drive both audience and revenue through content

Excellent existing relationships with publishers in the US market

Strong analytical skills to monitor publisher performance and identify data trends that will be used both internally and externally

Experience creating and presenting high-quality collateral

Proven communication and interpersonal skills at a senior level

Entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to self-manage in a remote work environment

Linkby believes in a flexible working environment; this role is 100% remote, though all employees are given access to WeWork as an option and we have regular team get-togethers!

We can’t wait to hear from you.
