We will be offering a salary range between USD 90k - 180k per annum for this position and you would be reporting to our Brooklyn, NY HQ.

Requirements:

 

Experience building applications using Rust, Go, JavaScript, or related languages. (Preferably Rust/Go)

 

Interest in decentralised technology and Web 3

Design protocol architechture

Implement/develop in Rust

Knowledge of Wasm

Create developer tools oriented to Rust testing and development on Internet Computer (IC)

Design, implement authentication system and protocols to utilize/interact with ECDSA cryptography related algorithms

Design, develop, test and deploy in fast-paced team environment

Serve as tech lead to oversee, architect, develop Open Web tools (involving IC, IPFS, Textile, Filecoin, Ethereum, etc.)

Work with engineering team to design proprietary blockchains/protocols, governance systems as required

Orchestrate multiple protocols to develop trustless and decentralized alts to web’s centralized infrastructure

Research new Open Web trends to find and develop new prods, apps, solutions, etc.

Collab with teams of engineers + developers to design, dev, test, deploy new prods, apps, serv. opps. etc.

Monitor and troubleshoot projects to keep with in specs, timeline and budget. Mentor less experienced engineers and developers. Help with rust, services, prod scoping, architechtural solutions as needed.

Candidate must have atleast 1 year of experience in IC smart contract development in Rust; IPFS and distributed storage handling; and ECDSA cryptography algorithms
