We’re a rare bird, having launched a bootstrapped product as two founders and finding at every step of the way that there’s more demand than we can possibly handle. We have a working business with significant revenue, and our revenue growth is the fastest in our industry.
What is the role?
As a Growth lead, you will own user acquisition and engagement. While we have a playbook that is working, you will also have the freedom to evolve that playbook by running experiments to uncover and control new levers that drive growth.
What you'll be doing
Drive users to the platform and surface feedback to inform new product decisions
Facilitate community engagement and leverage that community to create a viral flywheel for growth
Create impactful marketing content (e.g., email campaigns, webinars, videos, testimonials, webinars)
Generate demand through marketing campaigns customized for user archetypes
Refine the onboarding playbook and make decisions that elevate the user experience
Convert initial users to power users and champions
