About the jobAbout Prism
Prism is a fintech marketplace offering loans to startup shareholders, using their pre-IPO equity as collateral. We give liquidity to founders, employees, and investors without selling their shares or losing their future upside. Our Series A financing was led by Pantera Capital, with investments from Human Capital, Soma Capital, UBS O'Connor, and the founders of several tech unicorns.
How We Work
Our bar is high, but fair. We are a result-driven meritocracy. We emphasize ownership, responsibility, and delivery. We get stuff done, with no excuses. We are self-starters and problem solvers who attack any challenge, regardless of whether or not it is "our responsibility". Every challenge is all of our responsibility.
