【Responsibilities】　
1. Define, review and conduct the tech stack architecture.
2. Lead and coach engineers to complete product goals and grow.
3. Communicate with internal engineering team and implement integrations / protocols.
4. Manage the delivery schedule with ownership.
5. Be the key person leading the product in technical aspect.

【Requirements】　
1. Any backend language experience with 5~10 year+ (programming).
2. Golang experience with 1~2 years, programming or leading.
3. Experience managing 5+ engineers.
4. Scrum experience.
5. Managed 2~3 projects from 0 to 1, running over 1 year.
6. Marketing related tracking experience, e.g. GA, Amplitude, Ads-related service.

【Pluses】　
1. L10n/i18n product development experience.
2. Startup experience is a plus.
