工作內容

• 制定並執行數位行銷活動 (包括Facebook、Instagram、Google/Yahoo 關鍵字、
  Google 聯播網、原生廣告...等)
• 收集數據並制定報表
• 監控廣告成效數據，並進行分析及優化
• 針對客戶的要求，協助擬定並執行數位行銷策略
• 支援數位行銷團隊日常運作與其他主管交辦事項

條件要求

• 0-2 年數位行銷相關工作經驗
• 中英文流利 （聽講讀寫）
• 對數字敏感度、具備分析/邏輯思考能力
• 細心、負責任，具有獨立自主的能力及團隊合作之精神
• 擁有清晰的架構與邏輯能力

加分條件

• Google Ads/Google Analytics/Facebook 認證
• 熟悉各項數位工具應用、如Google Analytics、Facebook 後台 等
• 具廣告代理、網路行銷等工作經驗
• 曾任職於新創公司

Job Description

• Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns
• Assist in data collection, data analytics and performance reporting
• Monitor, analyze and report performance to meet client expectations
• Liaise with internal team on project execution with on-time delivery
• Research, strategize and develop client proposals and reviews
• Execute daily campaign management duties including campaign setup,
  uploads, health checks, performance monitoring, analytics and optimization
  

Skills & Requirements

• ~2 years’ experience in digital field; digital agency experience preferred
• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Digital Account
  Executive; Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
• Solid foundation knowledge in digital marketing (SEM, Display, Social, Video
  etc); execution experience under Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn
  ads, Google Analytics is an advantage
• Strong Excel and PPT; skills in data visualization (eg Data Studio,
  SuperMetrics) is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a must (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Flexible, detail-mind and able to work under pressure
• Proactive, forward-thinking and problem-solving approach
• Open to learning with strong interest to be part of the digital marketing
  industry
• Must be eligible to work in Taipei without visa sponsorship
