Job Description: 

1. Collaborate and communicate closely with Sales, R&D, Manufacture, and Procurement departments, and play an important role to bridge each department from project initial stage, project execution, to delivery.
2. Support sales and pre-sales team to provide solid proposals that meet customer requirements and company objectives.
3. Define and set project scope by frequent discussion between internal and external stakeholders.
4. Manage projects to deliver successfully with adequate resource, budget, and time.
5. Participate design review, product offering discussion, and provide insights if any.
6. Identify project risks and potential quality issues, and set mitigation plans.

Requirement: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience; more advanced degree is a plus. 

2. More than 3 years working experience related to program or project management. 

3. Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-oriented environment. 

4. Tasks prioritization capability in a dynamic environment. 

5. Attention to details, attentiveness to quality, and good logical thinking ability. 

6. Good command in both English and Mandarin: being able to communicate effectively (both by text and by oral). 

7. Knowledge and experience in engineering development. 

8. Experience in customer facing activities is a plus. 

9. Familiarity with Microsoft office and project management tools.
