    We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management. 


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
    • Manage recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
    • Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive and productive workplace culture
    • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs for employees
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and performance-based incentives
    • Conduct performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans where necessary
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
    • Provide support and guidance to managers on HR-related matters
    • Continuously review and improve HR processes and systems

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
    • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
    • Experience managing HR operations in a multinational company is preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
    • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills preferred
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    工作要求:

    • 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、法律或相关领域;
    • 拥有海外人才招聘经验,熟悉国际招聘市场,并熟悉当地法律、法规和文化背景;
    • 良好的英语和中文沟通能力,能够独立处理英文电子邮件和电话;
    • 优秀的人际沟通能力、团队合作精神和问题解决能力;
    • 精通人力资源管理知识和流程,熟悉各种人力资源管理工具和软件;
    • 工作细致、有责任心,能承受一定的工作压力;
    • 具有一定的跨文化意识和全球视野,能够适应跨文化工作环境。
    • 该职位需要频繁的商务出差。
