Key Responsibilities
A) Human Resources (HR):
1) Performing HR full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and exit process, orientation etc;
2) Process payroll and tax reporting in compliant with the local government requirements and regulations;
3) Responsible for Employment Pass and other work passes application/renewal/cancellation;
4) Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees;
5) Coordinate staff activities and team building;
6) Periodically review labour legislation,
7) Develop and periodically review HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them;
8) Keep track of staff attendance and update leave records;
9) Assist in yearly performance appraisal;
10) Process staff insurance claims and handle general enquires from staff;
11) Oversee daily operations of the HR function and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior/ Management.
B) Admin:
12) Preliminary drafting of correspondences on the manager’s behalf, writing emails, memos and letters;
13) Assist in arranging the meeting, agendas of meetings, minutes of meetings, a theme of meetings, notices, keeping records and/or taking minutes of Management meetings including translating such minutes into English or Chinese (as the case may be);
14) Pantry and office supplies management;
15) Coordination and follow up on the progress of the tasks assigned by the leader, and report to the leader/supervisor;
16) Keep track of office fixed assets and contracts, manage general files and records, and maintain a logical organisation system so they can easily access and send information when requested;
17) Responsible for any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leader/supervisor and making timely reporting.

Requirements
· Familiarity with Ms Office software (Word, Excel, PPT);
· Diploma/ Degree or above in secretarial, management, administration or Human Resources;
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
· Proficient communication skills in Mandarin. Must be able to speak, write, and read reports in the Simplified Chinese language in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking users and counterparts.
· Must be meticulous and have a good working attitude, proactive, team player, thoughtful, calm response to emergencies and have a strong learning ability
