We are looking for a Business Analyst who is keen on deeply involving with the product process and requirements. 

• Work closely with Product Owner/Project Manager to understand business processes and outline report requirements. 

• Write and run queries in multiple databases to create and modify business reports. 

• Based on databases, troubleshoot and resolve data issues. 

• Assist in research and development of new business intelligence tools and techniques for report writing. 

• Maintain and clean up existing reporting system. 

• Work independently to fulfill routine support requests from stakeholders. 

［ Skills ］ 

• Technical background in SQL databases, queries and report writing. 

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyse data. 

• Ability to question and eyeball data quality in reports. 

• Analytical and problem-solving skills required to support the system and resolve technical challenges. 

• Able to communicate effectively with people from non-technical background. 

• Able to code in Python is a plus. 

• QlikView, Tableau skill is a plus.
