Job Summary

Customer Service Guru

On-demand laundry is all about service, and good service can help us improve our client acquisition and retention rate significantly. Thus, we are currently looking for an out-going, positive, customer-oriented and problem-solving individual to help us build and maintain strong relationships with our fast-growing client base. We need your help to make us the leading on-demand laundry service provider in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage inbound phone calls and messages (whatsapp, facebook, email & app) from prospect and existing clients
• Handle customer inquiries in a helpful and professional manner
• Onboard new commercial and residential client via explaining our service and pricings thoroughly (no cold-call is required)
• Arrange logistic pick-up for our client via liaison with our logistic team, and input relevant order details to our internal system
• Conduct follow up outbound calls to customers to ensure high quality customer relationship and client retention
• Adhoc administrative work (if needed)

Desired Skills and Attributes:

• Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English - speaking and writing
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Passionate about helping people
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Fresh graduates will also be considered

Salary

Equity part is negotiable.
