ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a forward-thinking, adaptable, and hardworking IAM Analyst with a diverse set of skills that can thrive in an exciting and rewarding environment. As an IAM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization’s security posture by effectively managing user identities and access rights, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches. In this role, you will help to enable efficient and secure business operations by working cross-functionally to understand business requirements and design robust IAM solutions. A successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced team environment and possess superb communication skills while having a solid understanding of identity management principles, access control, and authentication protocols.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Administer access controls and permissions for different systems, applications, databases, and resources
- Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct periodic security assessments and audits of IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective IAM practices
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for user management, access controls, and entitlements
- Design, implement, and maintain RBAC frameworks and models to ensure appropriate access to resources
- Develop, maintain, and update knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing between teams
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of user identities related to movers, joiners, and leavers
- Provide mentorship and professional development to IT Support Engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, providing technical support to internal teams and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, security risks, and best practices related to IAM
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet project deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS application administration and integration (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
- Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience as an IAM Analyst, with a strong focus on identity governance and privileged access management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze sophisticated technical issues
- Solid understanding of Okta solutions
