    Plume is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on our Communication Service Provider business. This is a customer-facing role. You will apply your collaboration, organization, and communication skills to fulfill our CSP business initiatives and requirements. You will learn to effectively integrate OpenSync on CPEs in various cloud environments. This is a growing and evolving space, so the TPM needs adaptability to pivot based on evolving priorities. The role requires technical knowledge and effective communication skills that enable you to influence and drive cross-team projects and roadmaps. TPMs work horizontally and vertically to create long-term value for Plume by promoting the right technologies for productivity, stability, and growth. This is a full-time, direct hire position, with work remote flexibility.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Interface with internal and external engineering, architects, product, and business owners to develop, manage, and deliver cross-functional software products in a matrix organization of embedded, cloud, API, data, and mobile app systems.
    • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
    • Perform risk management and change management on projects.
    • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
    • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BE/B.Tech/BS/M.Tech/MS or equivalent engineering degree
    • Overall 12+ years of experience with at least 5+ years as a solutions architect, and managing technical software/middleware-based projects/programs
    • Experience in working with telecommunication operators / Communication Service Providers / Internet Service Providers / Partners
    • Good understanding of Networking technologies
    • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
    • Experience in building work relationships with internal and external partners/teams and/or their representatives
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
