    Job Description:

    As an Inside Software Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of PayMaple. You will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective clients, understanding their unique business needs, and showcasing how our web-based POS and reconciliation solution can transform their operations. This is a full-time, in-person position with regular office hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory, industries, or market segments to build a robust sales pipeline.

    Consultative Selling: Understand the specific challenges and pain points of prospective clients and tailor product presentations and demonstrations to address their needs effectively.

    Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our web-based POS and reconciliation solution, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

    Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and persuasive product demonstrations and presentations both in-person and remotely to potential clients.

    Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts, campaigns, and inbound inquiries.

    Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the product development and marketing teams.

    Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain sales collateral, including presentations, product sheets, and case studies.

    Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    Proven experience in software sales or a similar role.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
    Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
    Knowledge of the POS and reconciliation software industry is a plus.
