Head of Gen AI Growth, Languages - Scale AI｜Meet.jobs

Scale is expanding our Generative AI capacities with a focus on language contributions. We're in search of a Head of Generative AI Growth for Languages Contributors. This role will be pivotal at Scale and will oversee all facets related to our language contributors to ensure we're sourcing, engaging, and retaining the best talent while optimizing the efficiency of the growth funnels. We're hunting for a dynamic strategist with an execution mindset to also lead and elevate our operations crew.

You will:

• Oversee growth organization which comprises of the following: 1) community and payouts 2) capability training and training of labelers 3) tasker acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Develop KPIs for your team and collaborate throughout the organization to achieve those KPIs and company wide objectives
• Identify ways to optimize the growth funnel of our labelers
• Find and implement creative and cost efficient channels to grow a high quality base of taskers
• Identify the need to hire and build a team to scale training and education for labelers, along with the other critical functions of the role

Ideally you'd have:

• 10+ years of experience in growth, product, and/or in operations
• Ability to speak, read and write fluently in 5+ languages and/or working experience in multiple countries.
• Strong management skills in leading a large team while growing, hiring, and developing top talent
• Quantitative background with strong analytical and problem solving mindset to solving business problems
• Flexibility to go back and forth between thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to get work done
• Experience owning growth metrics in an operational capacity

Nice to have:

• Management consulting experience with a top tier firm
• Experience working in a high growth startup in operations, product, or growth

The base salary range for this full-time position in our hub locations of San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, is $157,000 - $196,250. Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training.
