Responsibilities:

• You will train AI models by crafting and answering questions related to your field.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management, business, industrial-organizational psychology, or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing and spot errors or inconsistencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Compensation experience within Recruiting or Human Resources field
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
