IT Project Manager [SaaS/Generative AI] - imBee Limited｜Meet.jobs

Responsibilities

1. Manage integration and customization projects on the imBee product
2. Lead project planning sessions
3. Coordinate staff and internal resources
4. Engage with the business on user requirements for IT projects
5. Manage project progress and adapt work as required
6. Ensure projects meet deadlines
7. Manage stakeholder relationships, changes and practices
8. Vendor Management
9. Oversee all project documentation
10. Conduct project review and ensure all commitments and deliverables are successfully delivered on time and within the budget
11. Optimize and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
    

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience in software development or program/project management;
2. Native/Professional Cantonese/Mandarin Level
3. Tech background such as a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent discipline and/or sales background are advantages
4. Experience in writing codes or serving as architect for IT systems;
5. Experience implementing Agile SDLC practices;
6. Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and architecture;
7. Experience in managing outsource software projects;
8. Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts effectively;
9. Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
10. Passion in learning new technologies;
11. Self-motivated and fast learner.
